& how to pay
If you are interested in making a booking, please email us
at villas@countryvillas.com
or phone 00351 917 919 347.
For advance bookings, we require a 25% deposit, followed by
the balance 6weeks before arrival. If your booking is within
6 weeks, we need full payment.
Payment
methods: You can pay by credit card, telphone banking,
internet banking or cheque. We will send you full payment
details when you place a booking, but here is a summary.
Credit and Debit Cards are welcome for Mastercard and
Visa. We cannot accept Switch or American Express.
Bank transfers by telephone banking or internet banking
are cheap, quick and reliable. If you have online or telephone
banking, you can do this in minutes, or your local branch
will arrange it for you. We can accept bank transfers in the
following currencies:

Cheques are welcome either in British Pounds or Euros.
But please note that for bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival,
we cannot accept cheque payments because of the time required
to receive and process them.
Insurance: We strongly advise
you to take out travel insurance before you go anywhere, and
it need not be expensive. In the UK, the AA can arrange this
for you on the phone. Golfers should check their policy covers
them for clubs etc. In the event that you need to make an
insurance claim, we are happy to supply information to your
insurance company to verify your claim.
Car Hire and airport transfers: We are happy to organise
this for you on request.
